Before Filing a Claim Submission

Many claims are often due to simple battery malfunction. If your issues with the products fall under any of the conditions below, please try replacing the battery before filing a claim.
- If you hear a repeating beeping sound
- If the audio only plays the very beginning or the very end of the clip when the product is turned on
- If when the audio is played, it stops abrutply, and starts again from the very ybeginning of the clip
- If the product is damaged due to customer's mishandling, Aurora World may charge for the repair and replacement even during the warranty period (Destruction, water damage, battery leak)
- If the product has been out of production for a long time, it may be impossible to replace and repair the damages (Aurora World typically keeps parts of the products up to 1 year from the end of production)
